101:1
ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ١
Saheeh International
The Striking Calamity.
Surah Al-Qari'ah
Ayah-11, Makkah
101:2
مَاٱلۡقَارِعَةُ٢
Saheeh International
What is the Striking Calamity.
101:3
وَمَآأَدۡرَىٰكَمَاٱلۡقَارِعَةُ٣
Saheeh International
And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity.
101:4
يَوۡمَيَكُونُٱلنَّاسُكَٱلۡفَرَاشِٱلۡمَبۡثُوثِ٤
Saheeh International
It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed.
101:5
وَتَكُونُٱلۡجِبَالُكَٱلۡعِهۡنِٱلۡمَنفُوشِ٥
Saheeh International
And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up.
101:6
فَأَمَّامَنثَقُلَتۡمَوَٰزِينُهُۥ٦
Saheeh International
Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds].
101:7
فَهُوَفِيعِيشَةٖرَّاضِيَةٖ٧
Saheeh International
He will be in a pleasant life.
101:8
وَأَمَّامَنۡخَفَّتۡمَوَٰزِينُهُۥ٨
Saheeh International
But as for one whose scales are light.
101:9
فَأُمُّهُۥهَاوِيَةٞ٩
Saheeh International
His refuge will be an abyss.
101:10
وَمَآأَدۡرَىٰكَمَاهِيَهۡ١٠
Saheeh International
And what can make you know what that is.
101:11
نَارٌحَامِيَةُۢ١١
Saheeh International
It is a Fire, intensely hot.
