Surah An-Nazi'at

Saheeh International

By those [angels] who extract with violence.

Saheeh International

And [by] those who remove with ease.

Saheeh International

And [by] those who glide [as if] swimming.

Saheeh International

And those who race each other in a race.

Saheeh International

And those who arrange [each] matter.

Saheeh International

On the Day the blast [of the Horn] will convulse [creation].

Saheeh International

There will follow it the subsequent [one].

Saheeh International

Hearts, that Day, will tremble.

Saheeh International

Their eyes humbled.

Saheeh International

They are [presently] saying, "Will we indeed be returned to [our] former state [of life].

Saheeh International

Even if we should be decayed bones.

Saheeh International

They say, "That, then, would be a losing return.

Saheeh International

Indeed, it will be but one shout.

Saheeh International

And suddenly they will be [alert] upon the earth's surface.

Saheeh International

Has there reached you the story of Moses.

Saheeh International

When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa.

Saheeh International

Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed.

Saheeh International

And say to him, 'Would you [be willing to] purify yourself.

Saheeh International

And let me guide you to your Lord so you would fear [Him].

Saheeh International

And he showed him the greatest sign.

Saheeh International

But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed.

Saheeh International

Then he turned his back, striving.

Saheeh International

And he gathered [his people] and called out.

Saheeh International

And said, "I am your most exalted lord.

Saheeh International

So Allah seized him in exemplary punishment for the last and the first [transgression].

Saheeh International

Indeed in that is a warning for whoever would fear [Allah].

Saheeh International

Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it.

Saheeh International

He raised its ceiling and proportioned it.

Saheeh International

And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness.

Saheeh International

And after that He spread the earth.

Saheeh International

He extracted from it its water and its pasture.

Saheeh International

And the mountains He set firmly.

Saheeh International

As provision for you and your grazing livestock.

Saheeh International

But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity.

Saheeh International

The Day when man will remember that for which he strove.

Saheeh International

And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see.

Saheeh International

So as for he who transgressed.

Saheeh International

And preferred the life of the world.

Saheeh International

Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge.

Saheeh International

But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination.

Saheeh International

Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge.

Saheeh International

They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival.

Saheeh International

In what [position] are you that you should mention it.

Saheeh International

To your Lord is its finality.

Saheeh International

You are only a warner for those who fear it.

Saheeh International

It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof.
